thin walls broken remote
the shower pressure was acceptable.
The room was small. there were no blinds. Sleeping in was impossible. noise from other rooms and the hallway was easily heard through the thin walls. Sleeping in was also impossible. the tv remote did not work. Entertainment was impossible.

helpful staff dinner recommendation taxi arrangement early breakfast
i loved how helpful the staff was they really were very good i needed a recommendation for dinner and they knew just the place also i got assistance with a taxi pick up from the port plus another to the airport i really appreciated that i also got an early breakfast which was super handy.
the room i had was near the entrance i could hear people coming and going especially late at night it was quite loud the sounds from reception were pretty clear too that was the only drawback though.

the location provides convenient access to bus routes it is only a short ride to the city center food options are also plentiful near the hotel so you have lots of choices for dining out.

i enjoyed the rooftop terrace it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air also i noticed the hotel is very clean which is always a big plus for me it felt very homely too.

totally amazing stay, guys!
delicious breakfast friendly staff comfortable bed
I was so thrilled with the breakfast, it included so many options and tasted delicious. the staff were so friendly. They provided useful directions plus tips about cool things to do. i found the room clean, its bed was totally comfortable. i would definitely go back!
the photos online look much better than what it is in reality, this was not cool. i saw some problems in the bathroom plus a piece hangs from the ceiling, held up with tape. this felt unsafe, so fix it. they did not provide slippers or a courtesy set.

small room fluctuating temperatures
The staff seemed helpful enough. They explained the breakfast hours, I guess.
The room was unbelievably small. Barely enough space to turn around, it seemed like a storage closet. The noise from the street was relentless. It sounded like a constant parade outside. The shower had fluctuating water temperatures. Scalding hot then freezing cold.
